17MAY10: The Board and brothers of The John A. Sutter #1841 Outpost would like to thank the Grand Council Board of Proctors
for elevating our Outpost from fledgling status to Provisional Outpost level at this years GC session in Sonora this past
weekend. A special thanks to all of the brothers who have worked so hard to make this happen, You know who you are!!!
